TWIN CORE is an innovative mixed-use development designed by the international architectural studio PrivateHouse. The project consists of two contrasting yet harmonious high-rise volumes — a cascading glass office tower and a sculptural residential tower with a dynamic biophilic façade.

Architectural concept and identity

TWIN CORE redefines the skyline through its distinctive duality. The office tower features a visually shifting geometry made of glass volumes stacked with deliberate asymmetry. In contrast, the residential tower introduces a soft, organic silhouette wrapped in a flowing structural shell — a nod to natural form and motion.
